EasyAzon WP 4.3: link generator in posts and pages editor not working

    When editing posts and pages, there is an easyazon button.
    When you press this, a large popup addears and if you click “EasyAzon” at the left, momentarily the fields you need to fill in to create an easyzon link appear but these immediately disappear and you cannot create a link.
