Easy WP SMTP working but form still not sending

    I have set up Easy WP SMTP, and it works perfectly to send me a test email. However, my Contact Form 7 form doesn’t send. I’ve never had this issue before.

  • See Setting Up Mail – there is a link to an article I wrote at the bottom of that page (which is recommended by the CF7 plugin author, though I’m not allowed to link directly to it here) that covers this topic in detail. Most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

    Thanks so much for your suggestions. I’ve set up dozens of these, and they always work. The fields are set up correctly. I’m not getting any errors related to the form setup. And the SMTP setting are all correct. Yet I’m still getting the “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” error when trying to send through the form.

    I just downloaded Ninja Forms, and it works fine, so I guess I’ll just use that instead.
