Easy wp hosting w/o "hosted on XXX" footer?

  • I like the simplicity of wordpress.com hosting. The only thing I don’t like is having to display “Theme something hosted on wordpress.com” at the bottom of each page.

    Is there a hosting service similar to wordpress.com in simplicity but does not require displaying the credit at the bottom? I’d be happy to pay a few bucks each month (vs free for wordpress.com)

    Pay $30/year for WordPress.com’s CSS Upgrade and then you can use CSS to hide those lines on your site, as well as customize the other visual aspects of the page.
