Easy way to d/l live site, develop it, and then u/l it back to host?

    I just asked for an easy process to do this on the localhost forum, without finding an answer. This might be the answer, though.

    Using this plugin, would I be able to EASILY d/l my website for local development and then u/l it back to my host server with the changes I make? I don’t want to spend a bunch of time changing WP settings and DB parameters in the process. Will this plugin do that for me?
