Easy way to change the menu icon?

Great plugin! Very light weight and I love that.
Is there an easy way to change the menu icon from the thumbtack on this plugin? I see that it asks for the full URL but aren’t the WP icons fonts (Could be wrong)?
Anyone have any tips on the best practices for changing it from the standard thumbtack?
