Easy user submitted content?

Hi all,

I currently have a WordPress powered site called The Winnerz Circle. It can be viewed here: https://www.thewinnerzcircle.com
I was wondering if there is a plugin that allows users (registered or unregistered…basically anyone viewing the site)to upload content (pics, vids, etc…) without having to directly email it to me.
I’m looking to have some contests and so forth that require people to send in pictures and videos. But I don’t want them to be able to publish. Just get the content to me in the easist possible way so I can edit it to my specifications before I post it myself.
I’m currently just having them email it in, but I’ve seen plenty of sites (theChive.com, failblog.org, etc…) that have a simple form for anyone to submit content.

If there’s a way to make this happen without them having to navigate away from the site, I’d really appreciate some insight.
