Easy Tool Tip TablePress

    Hi,

    I’m trying to use “Easy Tool Tip” inside one of my columns and as I scroll over the anchor text that was included in my easy tool tip short code the pop up does not appear outside of table press.

    I have a limited number of rows in my table press and would like the pop up from tool tip to appear outside of the frame other wise I have to scroll in table press to review the tool tip.

    Is there an easy way to do this? I’m not capable of creating that kind of code.

    Hi,

    yes, that FixedColumns Extension can be used for that. Good to hear that you already found it!

    About the “Extra Information”/”Row Details” Extension: I should have mentioned that it will not add the symbol to open the extra information in the right column, but in the first column (on the left). On my baseball team’s site it’s on the right as that table doesn’t actually use the Extension but a custom implementation.
    So, don’t worry about visitors not noticing that they can show more information ??
    However, it it’s likely (I haven’t checked) that the Row Details Extension is not compatible with the “Fixed Columns” Extension, as both change the same piece of code internally. You might have to make a choice between the two.
