• I recently opened a ticket with Divi Machine and they stated that my issue was not the only one reported and suggested I open a ticket with Easy Toc as well.

    My issue:

As soon as I activate Divi Engine on my local website all table of contents on any page disappear. I get NO console errors at all ON THE FRONT END. The table of contents simply does not render.

This site is running the divi theme.

When in the divi builder I do get this error.

“Component registration failed: et_pb_de_mach_archive_loop already registered
    register @ bundle.js?ver=4.21.0:2”

I did create a video of the issue:

The site is in development. All I did was install Divi Machine and the Table of contents would not be visible from the moment it was installed.

They use Atlassian for bug tracking. I went to the URL of my support ticket in a private browser window and it wanted me to log in. I am not sure that this issue is publicly viewable.

I gave you all the same information I have provided to you. The only thing that they said was to also open a ticket with you regarding the issue.

It would be wonderful if you would contact their support team and work this out rather than me being the intermediary.

    Thank you very much.

Attached. I deactivated everything else though to see if there was an additional plugin conflict and nothing improved. I only have Easy TOC, ACF Pro and Divi Engine activated.

    Thank you!

One detail I guess I did not include was implementation. I am using the shortcode to implement my TOC’s inside of a text or code module on the page.

Hi, Kindly please go through the help and support setting of the TOC if possible.

    Thread Starter jman1200mk2

    (@jman1200mk2)

I am sorry, I do not understand the comment about going through the help and support settings. I have looked through all the help and support settings for the plugin, toggled and saved anything that I thought may give me different results and nothing changes, no TOC ever displays.

What is the status on the solution for this error? It has been 1 week and 4 days since it was originally reported?

If you do not think that there will be a solution, please let me know today so that I can start to look for a replacement solution.

    Thank you.
