Easy TOC disappear when using apostrophe in titles

    When an apostrophe is in a title used in the TOC, Easy TOC totally disappear.

    Example:
    If my title starts with “L’assurance…” Easy TOC disappear.
    If my title starts with “Votre assurance…” Easy TOC is correctly displayed.

    I don’t know how to fix that? Could someone help me?

    No automatic conversion for ‘

    So:
    MAC users should press alt+cap+’ -> Test OK
    Windows users : alt+0146 -> Not tested
