Easy to use theme for posting pictures on a safari

I’m very new to WordPress. We’re going on a safari shortly and I would like to create a blog that will allow me to easily post images and maybe a video with some text to let the family back home keep up with our activities etc. Can someone please suggest a responsive theme for me to consider?
