Easy to Use. Plugin. No issues so far!

  • I am using the free version. Easy to use and apply. Whole lot better compared to few others that I have tried.

    I only gave 4* is not sure about the support though. As others mentioned support is given to paid clients only. Otherwise everything is good!

    Thanks for your review and input!

    I wanted to point out a clarification about the support –

    We provide hands on (as in, we’ll provide answers directly tailored to your site and/or will implement the solutions within our plugin on your site) for our Pro customers. We also have a ticketing system and priority support options available.

    We do, however, also provide support on these forums for our Free users (just take a look!) The difference is that sometimes response time is slower and e-mail support isn’t readily available.

    Anyways, I just wanted to attempt to clarify that for anyone else reading!
