Easy to use Plugin developed by nice guys

I would like to start this review by saying that I’m not associated at all with Users Ultra. I just like their plugins and the way the keep it up to date. Recently, I’ve seen an unfair review and I thought I should let other people know about my experience working with Users Ultra team.

I’m a musician with very limited knowledge of plugins, themes, hooks etc etc. When my developer needed a hook to be implemented on my premium theme, the support guys helped me instantly, the same day I posted my issue I got a reply, although, I haven’t purchased the priority support I received the same treatment as if I was a pro member. I don’t have a huge budge for my blog, so..I just purchased the single license of the pro version, if I could I would pay an annual fee just to show my gratitude to the support guys.

When I had an issue with the look of my theme the support team quickly sends me some tips about how to tweak my css stylesheet. This is not up to UU but my designer, however they were willing to help when I needed it.

I highly recommend either the lite or Pro version. The lite version includes many of useful features and the design is very clear. But.. The Pro version is so powerful, the widgetized user’s profile is brilliant, and the most important my users are happy with the design of my website. Since they can customize their profile they are very happy and I receive positive comments about it almost every week.

Again, I am not associated with this company, I just saw an unfair review here and I wanted to give an encouraging message to the plugin authors.

Thank you for this amazing plugin which offers social features, private messaging system, paid membership and something that is not less, they update it for FREE.
