Easy to Use, need some minor enhancements

This is the easiest way to integrate with Ezoic.
Things I like

• No technical requirement for this integration method
• No conflict with other plugins on my site
• Does not impact much on Sitespeed

I found most ad integration will slow your site one way or another, so this is still better than some other ad network.
However, it is mostly not preferred over the DNS name server integration even by Ezoic advertisement, probably need to change that mindset.
