• When I just started, I had some issues (and still have). Someone from Brizy sent me an E-mail, so I replied with one page of my issues. Then the next day I get a Robot-reply where it is obvious they send advertisement to me… so I replied again my issues, and again I get Junk E-mail. Now I change back to Joomla, and even now they want 5 starts… so they only get 1 star.

In total already 40 junk-emails in 15 days and none are helping me forward. Even the menu dissapeared from the main page, so there are bugs in Brizy. I am not going to pay for this shit software.

I only have a small company and because I am in Horeca, no profit this corona-year. Why should I pay for Brizy, when Joomla gives me all the support I need for a free website. I thought WordPress would be better but am disappointed now.

When I go through the reviews with 5 start, probably they are written by marketing people from Brizy itself.

You’ve replied to an automated mail you’ve received, but the support forum on the Brizy web page seems like a better approach to find an answer. However, that does not explain the junk mails you’ve been receiving. Are you sure the emails are not fake? If they are real, you should be able to unsubscribe from a like in the email (generally to be found at the bottom).

WordPress may not be your cup of tea, but Brizy is only one plugin (there are other free builders you could use) and since WordPress works with plugins, there are many different ways of doing the same thing, which might actually add to your frustration. It might also be confusing that you require a theme, but Brizy replaces it, unless you change the template of your pages to ‘default’, in which case the header and footer fo your theme is used.
