    I was using the free version of the pluigin, but ran into problems where my emails weren’t being sent out. I purchased a Pro license and entered a support ticket. Within an hour I received a reply that pinpointed where the issue was (even though it wasn’t a problem with the WP Mail SMTP plugin) and was able to resolve it.

    With this kind of great support we will definitely be renewing our license, and I recommend this plugin wholeheartedly.
