Easy to use & customizable for developers

  • Easy to add FAQ accordions to site, and can be customized with CSS to match look of the site. It hasn’t been officially tested with the latest version of WP (5.4) at the time of writing, but I haven’t encountered any issues. I emailed support a few days ago and have not heard back but it was just a minor question I had anyway. Easy to use and works well!

    And, I am sorry that you never received any reply from our support team. I just investigated this and seems that we never have any pending replies for Helpie FAQ.

    Would you be kind enough to let me know, where did you sent the e-mail to and also the e-mail address from which you sent? So that I could let them know to have a look at it again?
