Easy to use, but lacking simple features

  • I have the paid version of Forminator. Forminator overall is good. It is easy to add to your website and to configure. There are many features that their competitors have that this plugin lacks.
    I would find it helpful if there were stats of form fills available on the main WordPress dashboard.
    Being able to include form fill stats on reports that are sent to customers using wp mu dev would add a lot of value to reports.

    These are features that I feel have been promised for a long time but are still not on the road map.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

    We often receive similar suggestions on features we could implement into our Forminator Pro plugin, and as already explained in your support ticket on our premium forums, we prioritize such requests based on multiple factors, including on how popular a request is among our user-base.

    At this current point, we didn’t have many requests, such as showing those stats on the WordPress Dashboard, and this is why our support staff asked for your permission to make your ticket as a “public feature request”, in order to get more traction and let other members vote for this.

    So please feel free to follow up on your ticket should you wish us to further get traction on this.

    @wpmudevsupport20 When a plugin upsells it is perfectly fine for someone to leave a review about that experience.

    1. Users and developers must not ever support pro or customers on this site. That is not allowed for anyone.
    2. Users can leave a review (not a support topic) about that premium experience and that is what this review is.

    There is nothing here that needs any moderator to do anything.
