Easy to Use. But don’t buy Pro for a Phone Field.

  • Switched to WP Forms Lite because it was supported by hcaptcha as now required by Cloudflare. Easy to use. Great interface. One complaint, “pro” version required for phone number field. Cheesy, but easy to get around. Just use a one line text field with a numeric mask. Pro Version has many advanced features. If you need the advanced features you should definitely purchase the Pro version. But don’t be tricked into unnecessarily spending money if all you want is a simple Contact Form with a phone number field.

    In case it helps to share, the Phone field includes a helpful Smart format that automatically detects the user’s location based on their IP, and sets the Phone field to require that country’s phone number format. As such, it is included as one of the ‘Fancy Fields’ that are available with the paid version.
