• WP Forms works great. It’s powerful and easy to use.

One issue is that when doing research on what functions are available, I came upon documentation that makes it seem certain functions can just be added as discrete add-ons. But it turns out you have to buy a subscription that is many times more expensive to have access to that add-on. There was probably a change in business model after that documentation was written. The result was that I told a client something was possible that turned out to be out of the client’s budget. The old documentation should be rewritten to clearly state you have to subscribe to a certain level, rather than implying you can just buy a discrete add-on.

    Hi @kjbullis,

Thank you for taking the time to provide your review and feedback!

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding addons and required license levels. When you get the chance, could you share the link for that documentation so we can look into it?

    Thanks!
