    I have only been fiddling with my website for a few weeks without any real knowledge of HTML or CSS and I find PageBuilder quite easy to use once you figure out how to work around the limitations of the bundled widgets. You can definitely create a basic professional looking animated website with PageBuilder that is mostly automatically responsive on mobile.
