Easy to use and great support

Just using the free version at the moment as it suits our current needs but it’s quite likely that we will move to the paid for version once the project takes off. It was a really quick and easy to setup. I did have a problem initially but support were excellent, really easy to get hold of and resolved the issues very quickly (it turns out that WordPress uses the email as a unique key which I hadn’t realised when I used my address for the admin account so it was unable to use it again for my own account).
