Easy to use and great customer service

This service has a plugin and has the advantage of allowing you to natively A/B test on your site. It offers heatmaps, too. It’s a simple interface and works really well. I did experience an issue with installing it on a client’s sites due to their specific setup, however after contacting Nelio directly, they got back to me in a few minutes, helping to resolve the issue very quickly indeed. You don’t get service like that often, so it’s definitely recommended.
