This is a drop-dead simple CSS editor, but it is extremely powerful. You can use it one any post or page to customize their look and functionality. Yes, you do need to know the actual CSS and how to format it, but there are plenty of guides to that online.

The only improvement I can suggest is maybe adding some simple click-boxes for the most popular types of CSS changes, such as remove header and remove sidebar.
