Easy to Set Up, Showed Promise, Can’t Assign Lead to Campaigns without Paying

  • No phone number fields can be passed. No assigning leads to campaigns within Salesforce. What’s the point? This is only good for free versions of Salesforce and even then something as basic as a phone number being passed to a small business CRM seems like very little ask.

    Passing the phone field data is pretty basic. I get that you’re trying to make money, but me thinks you’d get more installs and could make a lot more money if you covered the “basics” for lead capturing into CRMS, i.e. name, email, company, title and phone. I would also add assigning the lead to a salesforce campaign but that’s debatable as to whether that should be a free or paid feature. In short, if you offer a more robust free plugin you can make good money with affiliate deals, CPC ads and custom development jobs for setting up and customizing CRM integrations with wordpress. Just a thought.

    As it stands, we can’t use your plugin given it’s limited capabilities with the free version and not willing to risk $69 on 1 review. Hope you make the free version more robust because it could be a much better sales tool for CRM Perks than it currently is. Good luck!
