    After I installed the plugin, and began configuring it for testing and deployment, I encountered 2 problems. One was related to changing the setting to the local time so I could schedule online sessions (Eastern time wasn’t available). The other (evidently) was related to a conflict with my installation that prevented Virtual Classroom’s [shortcodes] from displaying. Each time I sent a description of a problem, I received a quick response and an update that resolved it. The developer / support person accompanied each response with a statement that assured the his continued support. He also solicited suggestions for improvement with each response.
    I still have a lot to learn, so I’m happy with the plugin and for the support behind it.
