Easy to install and excellent support

I use this plugin on two websites and find it very easy to install and use. Backups are saved on the site and can be easily downloaded and saved to a remote location. The new version (1.12.2) allows a single inclusive zip file to be downloaded which simplifies the process – just click to download. Support staff worked quickly to resolve an issue with a conflict with another plugin; I appreciated that. Recommended.
