Easy Testimonials Styles Do Not Work

    No matter what I do, I am not able to make the styles provided with this plugin work. I used the following shortcode:

    [random_testimonial theme="modern_style-concept" count="1" use_excerpt="0" show_other="1" hide_view_more="1" show_rating="stars"]

    and the following in my template:

    <?php echo do_shortcode( '[random_testimonial theme="modern_style-concept" count="1" use_excerpt="0" show_other="1" hide_view_more="1" show_rating="stars"]' );?>

    They call the testimonials properly but don’t display the provided theme. This is very frustrating considering I am a premium user and paid for this plugin.

    Hey Bridget!

    Do you mind to open a support ticket at [email protected]? These forums are for Free users only – we can’t support paid features here.

    That being said, this is typically either a CSS minifier gone awry (W3 total cache won’t include CSS files via @import, for example, which will exclude some of our stylesheets when you minify the CSS.)

    Other times this happens due to conflicts with your theme, which we are happy to troubleshoot directly given a link to the page with the problem occurring.
