    Hello,
Since a week after few wordpress updates woocommerce is crashing at checkout:
ERROR MESSAGE ON BROWSER with blank screen:
This page isn’t working myoe.ae is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

Any info on this or similar issue?
All was working fine despite the plugin last update if over 9 months, and not tested with newst WP version.
Does that mean plugin is abandonned and no one is maintaining nor updating it anymore?

    Best regards,
    Riadh

Please make sure you have version 2.0.11 installed. That update removes ezTOC from running on WC related pages.

    I hope this helps!

Can you please review the PHP error logs to see if there was an error that could hint at the issue. If you do not know where the logs files are, you’ll have to contact your web host support team. They will be able to tell you where there are.

    Hi Steve,
    Done!
Nothing found on my side, neither hosting side, see hosting support comments:

I am afraid that the process does not generate any noticeable message in our servers error log as a whole nor in your account specific error log. When watching it with Webmaster Tools it generates a 500 Internal Server Error but it again it does not write to any logs. Our best suggestion would be to see about moving onto a different plugin that does similar actions that this one does as resolving this with them is unlikley due to the nature of the situation.

Kindly let me know if any possible solution at your side.

    Regards ??

RE: I am afraid that the process does not generate any noticeable message in our servers error log as a whole nor in your account specific error log.

In my experience, when a server error 500 occurs and nothing is written to the logs indicates that out of memory or PHP execution took too long or something triggered an infinite loop, which causes one of the previous two events to take place.

RE: as resolving this with them is unlikley due to the nature of the situation.

I can’t entirely agree with that assessment. Is it more difficult? Yes, but this is still solvable.

I do not have a WC store, so the only thing I can really do is activate WC and navigate to the page set as the checkout and cart. The pages function as expected for me.

My first suggestion is to try to increase the memory located to PHP and then increase the max execution. Here are a couple of links that explain how:

So, is there a way for it to work on Woocommerce product pages???

    @cbigler

Sorry, no, ezTOC will not run on the WP product, cart, or checkout pages.
