Easy Recipe ( Plus) Support for Rating

I’ve problem on my site after purchasing Easy Recipe Plus to get a good support. It seems rating is not activated in either comment section or easy recipe section part on my blog.
I sent a message to support message. Team replied back with some details, I have provided them but then they are disappear for more than 24 hours.
I’ve sent several more messages via the support thread, to no avail. Problem not solved. I am getting frustrated.
I don’t want to add any new posts/recipes until this is resolved.
Can somebody can help me?
