    I have applied the Evolve theme to my web page and added the Easy Property Listings plugIn. I added my property listings as instructed but they did not show. In the set-up instructions I found it asked me to download my single.php file and archive.php file and edit. Problem is the information they ask me to edit is NOT in this file. Said to look for…
    <? get_template_part ( ‘SOME-STUFF’ , ‘MORE STUFF’ ) ; ?>
    My file shows:
    <?php get_template_part( ‘navigation’, ‘index’ ); ?>

    How do I edit this file and get my listings to show on this theme?

    Help please anyone….

    We have created the templates for the Evolve theme which you can download here.

    Merv Barrett:

    I downloaded the Zip file as you instructed. I then uploaded it to my WP.content file through my BlueHost online account. The tech I called instructed me on the process, but the real estate listings DO NOT show yet. I told the tech, your instructions: “Just download, unzip and load the files into your Evolve child theme folder”. I am not sure what the child folder is but the tech told me to load into the themes file Evolve, so that is what we did.

    Have we did something wrong and is there anything else we can do to get these real estate listings showing on our website? Site is garytaylor.ca

    Please help.

    Yvonne,

    Merv may tell you differently soon, but one way to get things up and running would be to just copy those template files to a directory named \easypropertylistings right off the main folder for your theme, in your case

    /wp-content/themes/evolve/easypropertylistings

    Although, appears you got it going judging from https://garytaylor.ca/property/hwy-property-40-68-shop/

    @yvonnecameron Your listings are showing,

    https://garytaylor.ca/property/
    https://garytaylor.ca/property/61-forbes-road-northern-bruce-peninsula/

    With the templates added, disable theme compatibility mode from Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Settings

    Thank you for responding. Yes my property listings are now showing, but why are the LAND, COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, etc NOT showing? I have entered all of our listings in the same format, do I need to change some setting to get all listings to show? (I did Disable the compatibility mode form the Dashboard.)

    Please help.

    Each listing is a separate post type.

    When you view a single business listing you can see your URL of that listing eg

    https://YOUR_URL/{POST_TYPE}/{TITLE}

    So to see your business and commercial, land you can view

    https://garytaylor.ca/commercial/
    https://garytaylor.ca/land/

    You can create blank pages for Business, Commercial, Land, Property, Rental so that you can add them to your navigation menus. Visit the plugins internal Getting Started help from Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Help > Getting Started
