Easy PayPal 403 error during setup

Been trying to configure Easy PayPal (and WordPress for that matter) @ arpayzant.ca. The site is hosted by dotcanada.ca which uses Litespeed web server.
With Easy PayPal, I get a 403 error when trying to save the settings with my “Order cancelled” page configured. I have my PayPal id configured. Actual message is:403
Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!The page which seems to be causing the problem is : https://arpayzant.ca/home/transaction-cancelled-2/
