    By mistake one of my client clicked on “insert this shortcode in content”
    and from that time gallery is showing under content area but we different section for gallery and its showing 2 gallery on same custom post. And its coming on all Custom Post

    Help me to remove shortcode from content area.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can remove the code without affecting your content.

    This way you remove a gallery from your post/page and it will not be displayed

    Thanks for swift reply but shortcode is not visible in editor and we added for only 1 custom post but its applied for all custom post and showing gallery in below content area.

    I think this is coming from database but I didn’t able to find in database.

    Gallery is coming from <?php echo the_content(); ?> this code

    Hi,

    Please check this URL Page URL it has showing 2 galleries as follows

    1. coming below 1st content and which shortcode is not showing in editor
    1st section code in inserting from somewhere else or database

    2. Under Photo Gallery section coming from shortcode added by me

    you can check any other film too every films details page is showing 2 galleries as mention above

    @magnusideas Do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours into the link field.

    That field cannot be scraped by search engines.

    Your response was not only incorrect, it was childish and grossly unprofessional.

    I’ve filed a complaint.

    I’m appalled by your behavior and how this reflects on WordPress as an organization.

    I have never received abuse before from a WordPress employee and this has colored my perception of your organization.

    I am however happy to accept an apology once you have taken the time to reflect. Perhaps email me tomorrow when you have had a chance to think about your actions and how they represent WordPress.
