Easy Google maps Stopped working

Hi
So the easy google maps plugin isn’t working correctly now at https://www.technologygateway.ie/network/apt-gateway/.

In the console its requesting that we enable billing in google cloud platform.
Has anyone come across this before or have the terms changed on the usage of google maps.

Is there an easy solution to the problem.
