Easy Google Fonts is installed but not working

Hi Folks, I have installed the WordPress downloader, I have installed the plugin, I have followed every instruction in the instruction page to the letter. When I click on the font selection for the header, no matter what I click on it doesn’t change. I’m at my wits end with it because the header is pathetic looming and a few people have actually sent me messages saying ‘Great site…but change the header’. Please please can somebody give me an idea of what actually works. I’m working from a Mac and using chrome.
