    Hello! I’ve installed Easy Forms for Mailchimp. I’ve connected my WordPress site with Mailchimp using the API key, but none of my lists are viewable in the WordPress site. I’ve completed a new form in the forms section, but in the Associated list filed on the right, I can only see text which says “No lists were found on the account”. Grateful for your support.     Hello Lee-Anne,

    The most common reason for this issue is that your server cannot communicate with MailChimp’s. In WordPress, are you able to view the Easy Forms Account page? Is your MailChimp account data showing there at all? If not, then your server may be blocked by MailChimp (they have aggressive spam-blocking on IPs, and for some server configurations it might be the case that your IP is shared with other people’s websites). To resolve this, you’ll need to contact your hosting company and ask them to investigate communication between your server and MailChimp’s API (my apologies – I know this is a pain).

    However, there could be some other reasons for this issue that are resolvable by you. First, you can try clearing your API cache (https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/api-cache-settings/). Second, you can go to your MailChimp account (MailChimp.com) and verify you’re using the correct API key for the account you want in WordPress.
