Easy FancyBox Stopped working

    I am using Easy Fancy box on the 66 artist posts of our site claystudiotour.com. Each post has a standard wordpress gallery (with link to file) at the top. The fancybox was working perfectly, but now, all of a sudden, when clicking on the thumbnail, nothing happens. Where do I start to figure out why this is happening? Thanks for your help.

  • Hi Judy, it seems to be working correctly now. Did you fix it or was it a caching problem maybe? Or is it a particular browser that is affected?

    Yes, it is working now in firefox, but not working in my chrome on the same machine…then, I just updated the plugin from my Firefox. It then stopped working in Chrome until I closed Chrome and reopened. Also stopped working in Firefox until I closed the window in Firefox and reopened…then it started working. Seems to be a cache problem. I’m using W3 Total Cache. It used to pop up every time I updated a plugin to clear the cache, but now it doesn’t do that, and I don’t see anywhere on the plugin settings to clear the cache. In any case, it appears that closing the browser and re-opening works. Have you encountered this before?

    No I have not. Normally, Ctrl+R to freshly load all content is enough. But then, I never use W3TC as it is too big of a gas factory (translation of a French expression) for me ??

    Do you use any caching plugin? If so, what do you use?

    WP Super Cache. Soooooo much easier to configure…
