Easy fancybox plugin – customizing gallery layout

I’ve succesfully integrated the plugin into wp and into the pages I’ve setup the correct pages. The issue lies with the layout of the gallery, it seems as if it’s layout is sporadic at best, i’ve set properties in the ‘visual editor’ to the number of columns im looking for (4 colsX3 rows) , but some rows are left half empty.
Any help will be appreciated.
