Easy fancybox not working from mobile menu

    Hi,

    I’m having a problem triggering easy fancybox from the mobile menu on this site.

    For example in the site menu under “Wrap” when you click the “Back Wrap” menu item a popup will appear when viewing the site on desktop. If the site is viewed on mobile, or with the browser resized so that the mobile menu shows, the popup will not trigger.

    Hoping someone can help.

  • Hi, it seems that mobile menu is created on the fly by javascript instead of being present in the source from DOM ready. The result is that when the Fancybox detection script runs, the menu is not there yet and the popup menu item is not detected.

    I’m not use at which point the menu script is run but you could try the Easy FacncyBox theme compatibility option “Script priority” on your Settings > Media admin page. Make the priority value higher than 10 (try 11 first, then jump to 99 or higher) in the hope that the FancyBox script gets loaded after the theme menu script. But if that does not help, I don’t know what will.

    By the way, I’ve had reports that Easy FancyBox is incompatible with the Avada theme (not just because that theme loads it’s own incompatible jQuery library version) so you might also consider searching for another solution…
