Installed Scripts To Footer 0.6.1 and it interferes with the Easy FancyBox plugin: instead of the images popping out in a highlighted box, the entire site shifts to the image’s URL page, not quite the effect one hopes for.

So I have had to deactivate your plugin. Hope this issue is addressed in the future.

Best and thanks for your efforts . . .

Hey, thanks for checking in. Sorry you’re experiencing issues.

Since this plugin moves everything to the footer, that can break items that rely on the jQuery sequenced before the slider (in the head). It’s likely that either jQuery needs to stay in the header or FancyBox needs to as well. Some items require jQuery in the html before the slider elements.

Luckily, there’s an option set up for keeping jQuery in the head (a checkbox option in Settings > Scripts to Footer). Also, if you need fancybox in the head, you can use a filter (and, if fancybox is queued correctly, this might be all you need to do, and otherwise you can leave jQuery alone).

See the documentation on Github and the FAQ. Hope that helps!

    Excellentoe!

    That worked and SOOOO easy!!

Now I get to keep Easy FancyBox and Scripts-To-Footer in my sites!!!

    Thanks,

    NU

PS: Hope you know that in the WordPress admin ADD PLUGINS section, while it states that Scripts-To-Footer was last updated 3 months ago, it also says, “Untested with your version of WordPress.” (I am using the current 4.4.2.)

    NU,

    Glad that worked for you.

I have been fairly busy and haven’t had a chance to update the readme file, but this plugin is compatible up to the current WP 4.5 beta.

If you’re feeling inspired, please consider leaving a positive review and/or sharing your experience in terms of compatibility on the plugin page.

If there are any other issues, reach out and let me know.

    Cheers,
    Joshua
