• We recently uploaded a site we developed which uses Easy Fancy box.

On our development and demo hosts, EFB worked fine. However, it doesnt work on our client’s server. One thing we noticed is that their site displayed this error when we first used it: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons

Basically, the links below the products on this page should be lightboxes but they only show the #url in the browser bar. HOwever, on our dev site they pop up fine.

Please help. This is very important to our client.

    Thanks!

  • Hi, raybeam I get these two errors:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.hkjuice.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function cart-fragments.min.js?ver=2.1.12:1

No idea if these two are related but the cause of that last one is blocking all subsequent scripts including fancybox.

    Thanks RavanH,

maybe I need to update my vesion of woocommerce? What would cause that and how can I fix it?

    Thanks

@raybeam I cannot help you with that. I added the tag “woocommerce” to make this thread appear on the woocommerce support section. Maybe someone else can help you there.
