Easy Facebook Likebox not displaying on PC

    Hello all,

    I can’t seem to get Easy Facebook Likebox working when I load the site on my PC

    I’ve tried Firefox (I’ve turned off tracking protection, private browsing etc in case it was that), and I’ve tried Edge. It doesn’t display on either.

    Yet it does display on my mobile phone (iOS, iPhone 6)

    I have googled and searched, and followed the steps like: make sure accessible to all countries, make sure page published, accessible to all ages etc

    Can you see any reason why this facebook plugin would not work? It’s meant to be in a widget on the right of the homepage. You can see the widget box there, but its just blank?

    Hi Malik, I’m not bad thanks mate hope you are good.

    I updated the plugin 5 days ago in an effort to fix this. I just checked and I believe the plugin is up to date.

    Yet still, it works on mobile and not on Desktop PC (I’ve tried a few PCs, firefox, edge etc… always with ad blocker, private browsing OFF)

    Any ideas? ??

    Hi @lukeywn,

    Can you please check by adding jwebsol in facebook id field and see if it’s working for any other page or not.

    It’s exactly the same regardless of page, the box displays fine on mobile for all pages, but won’t display on wordpress desktop in any browser on any pc

    Please try deactivating plugins one by one and see if any conflict with the plugin.
    If didn’t work, please try switching to the default theme and check.

    Hi Malik

    Can confirm I have just gone through my plugin list, deactivating, doing full cache clear and trying again in numerous browsers inbetween. Still no different

    Likewise I tried the default theme and still no good
