Easy & Efficient Software, Top Shelf Support

I’ve been using StartBooking for around three months now for my yoga studio. It was super easy to set up for my various classes and my changing schedule. I love the way it integrates into my WordPress site. It allows people to access my schedule, sort through the classes, join a class, choose to “pay now” or “pay later”, (a function which they designed at my request). I have to admit I have limited experience with scheduling programs but the features of this one are serving my studio quite well. Having a program do what it says it will do isn’t really a surprise, though, right? The support team, on the other hand, has totally surprised me. Response time is super fast, often within minutes. Customer satisfaction seems to be of utmost importance to them as they are on an issue until complete resolution is achieved. The overall value of StartBooking, especially when compared to its price point, makes it an excellent choice over its competitors.
