Easy Digital Downloads conversion not tracked

  • Dear support,

    I activate the EDD Conversion in Pixel Caffeine but the sales are not reported as conversions in FB Ads.

    How can I troubleshoot this?

    Hi,

    have you enabled all ecommerce events in the General Settings tab of Pixel Caffeine?

    Also, could you please share the URL of the website where I can see the issue?

    Hi Anto,

    Yes, it’s enabled on routerfreak.com and I realized that the tracking for Website Purchase is OK.
    The problem is that the FB ADS campaign isn’t reporting the Website Purchase.
    I understand that isn’t a plugin issue, but any idea why?
    It’s a retargeting campaign for people that already visited a page on the site.

    Hi,

    did you check the Pixel Helper after a purchase? It should appear the Purchase event. If so, please make sure to the business manager that you selected the Ad account and the pixel you use on the website. Otherwise, it’s really strange.

    If there isn’t the Purchase event in the Pixel Helper, try to deactivate the plugins you have activated and test the purchase again. If it’s fixed, active again the plugin one by one until the issue returns back again.
