Easy Contact plugin not sending all information

    Hi

    We have ‘East Contact’ plugin installed on a WordPress website, with the fields:

    Name:
    Email:
    Telephone:
    Subject:
    Message:

    But when you submit the only information that get received is the subject and message? anyone come across this.

    All I did was upload install and use ?

    Basically the ‘your enquiry’ area sends fine but the top part ‘Your Information’ does’nt.

    The other annoying thing is that I get sent all the IP address gumpt at the bottom of the email i get, which is problem because if the user chooses ‘Send me a copy’ they get this really ugly email.

    Would appreciate the time, I realise that everyone’s time is precious i can’t find the answer on Google.

    Actually contact form 7 does exactly the same thing, only sends some of the information from the form ?

    Please help.

    Amazing how no one wants to respond to this question. I’ve spent four hours trying to solve the problem. I receive the message area and not the information i need.

    Could use the help too!
