Easy Contact Forms – looks great, but doesn't work

  • I have managed to get Easy Contact Forms plugin to look great. It’s easy to set up, easy to style, but I can’t get it to send a confirmation email.
    I’m very new to wordpress, so I’m thinking I must be missing something basic.

    This is my page…I’m actually working on two sites and I can’t get it to work on either one.
