Easy Azon Pro stopped Working After Upgrading To WP 4.5. No reply from CS Team.

    Are you having the same problem as me, getting your credentials verified? I followed the guide to the letter, made sure I am registered to the api and also made sure to not have any spaces in any of the keys and so on. I wrote all that to the support and all I got was some copy&paste answer that I should check the guide, which I mentioned in my ticket already. Now I am waiting for 2 days again and not counting that copy paste answer 4 days without any real message from the support. I have to say that I am starting to be a bit disappointed about the quality of the support.

    Hi Severnaja,

    That is exactly not the case on my side. The plugin was working properly for me until the WP 4.5 update came. Once I updated the install to 4.5, it started to malfunction, and stopped working.

    I left a report with the support team and after 3rd nudge they got back to me on the 4th day, and suggested to disable all the plugin to check if any other plugin is conflicting or not.

    It has been 3 days now I replied back to them and heard nothing so far. I will look for another two days probably and then will go for a refund mostly.

    Basically the Plugin is good but the support is worst than crap, makes no sense to spend something and waste money both ways by keeping the site mutilated.

    Anyone heard anything back yet? I’m still waiting as well – I did hear back initially but they misunderstood the problem. Once I fully explained again it I’ve heard nothing.

    I have dozens of pages left without links until the plugin starts working again!

    EasyAzon 4 Pro 4.0.17 was working for me on WP 4.5.3, when I updated to WP 4.6 it broke and won’t accept my credentials. After three days of support and many hours of disabling plugins, I figured out it must the WP 4.6 update because it still works on WP 4.5.3. When I informed support they closed my ticket, it seems like I have to roll-back to WP 4.5.3.
    Anyone else running EasyAzon4 Pro with WP 4.6 successfully?
