    Nice Plugin, although it may have problems with GDPR?
    I still miss some features. But most I miss, that the author hasn’t answered for questions since more than a year. Well, it’s a free plugin, so I don’t wanna whine – but: what a pity.

  • Yes it is missing a GDPR box however you can send them a thank you email to let them know:

    1. They have been subscribed to receive emails from comments.
    2. Within that thank you email you can add your privacy policies and GDPR in that email and whatever else you want.

    That way if they did not sign up then they can contact you or unsubscribe right there within the email.

    This is our wording when they tick the checkbox to receive notifications.

    Send me an email notification when someone replies to my comment. (By checking the box you argree to our Privacy Policies).
