Easily assign the same featured image to multiple posts?

    I have created a custom post type that has 450+ posts in it. I have featured images for each one that need to be assigned. Most featured images will have 10 or so posts associated with it. Instead of going through each post one by one and assigning the same featured image, is there a way I can do this in bulk?
