    Uncanny Automator is one of my favorite plugins. I am able to add complex actions and automations to a site with ease – this has greatly extended my technical creativity which has been great fun.

    They have regular updates and are always extending or adding new functionality, some of which are requests that I’ve made specifically – they are very responsive to their user base.

    And, their support team sets the bar. When I’m working with Automator on something new that I can’t quite get, their support makes me feel like I have them on my team – they are looking for my success just as much as I am. I’ve never been let down by them.

    Other teams should take note.

    Note: My previous review noted an issue they helped with re: the Zoom integration. I’ve updated my review since they not only fixed that issue, but they extended the functionality of the integration, too. Again, 5 stars!

    And thanks for working with us through the Zoom challenges; the need to pass independent first and last names to Zoom has led to more than a handful of tickets. Hopefully we can continue making things easier to troubleshoot in future.
