• Hello.

Im currently running a dutch website for a client of mine. It has the latest WP and Fluxus theme. I’ve struggled with many translation plugins. They’re all so unnecessarily hard to use.

Isn’t there a plugin or something which allows multiple language’s to be manage like OpenCart. In OpenCart, there are just fields for every language.

    Isn’t this possible for wordpress?

Because my client has 100+ artworks which will be a pain in the ass to translate the way WPML and such work.

    Kind Regards.

  • You can add a custom field for the translation part then in your loop put the Dutch part in a data attribute, use jQuery to on click of Dutch flag or whatever, find all the data attribute and then swap out back and forth between english and dutch. Use a cookie if you need persistence. I did this for a client of mine.

Seems a bit hard as well. But thanks for the input!
